During the Robotics Warsaw held on February 3–5 in Warsaw, dedicated to the latest trends and developments in industrial robotization, the CEO of explitia, Adrian Stelmach, took part as a speaker with the presentation titled “From Chaos to Stability: How to Prepare a Process for Robotization.”
Industrial Robotization as a Project that Requires Careful Planning
Industrial robotization is not something that can be implemented without thorough consideration—an idea Adrian Stelmach emphasized during his presentation “From Chaos to Stability: How to Prepare a Process for Robotization.”
He highlighted how important it is not to begin such an initiative without a proper plan. Industrial robotization is a process that requires careful organizational thinking as well as detailed preparation of the processes that are expected to benefit from automation.

In his talk, our CEO explained, among other things, the differences between process data and the tacit knowledge held by operators, provided examples of processes where robotization has a strong chance of success, and clarified why standardization is a necessary prerequisite for automation.
By doing so, he joined a group of experts who shared their knowledge and insights into the trends and processes associated with industrial robotization.
