During the Industrial Maintenance Conference, held in parallel with the MAINTENANCE POLAND 2026 trade fair, explitia CEO Adrian Stelmach delivered a presentation titled “Change Management in Implementing Innovative Solutions for Maintenance”.
Change management in maintenance – what determines the success of technology implementation?
The presentation focused on practical aspects of change management in implementing technologies supporting maintenance. The speaker emphasized that technology alone does not solve problems – only the combination of tools, processes, and people makes solutions truly support production and deliver measurable results.
The presentation included real-life examples, case studies, and experiences from completed projects, showing how to prepare an organization for implementation and how to avoid common mistakes such as a lack of a clear goal, overlooking teamwork, or insufficient visibility of results.

MAINTENANCE POLAND is an event dedicated to specialists responsible for the reliability, safety, and efficiency of industrial machinery and infrastructure.
