ERP Congress RE:FRAME 2025 – A New Perspective on Digitalization and Data in Business

On October 8, 2025, the ERP Congress RE:FRAME 2025 took place at the University of Economics in Katowice – the first event of its kind in Poland dedicated to the practical use of ERP systems, fully focused on the digital transformation of enterprises.

The event brought together leaders from the technology industry, manufacturers, system integrators, and IT experts who discussed how modern systems support management, production, and data analysis in the era of Industry 4.0.
One of the speakers was Adrian Stelmach, CEO of EXPLITIA S.A., an expert in industrial digitalization and the integration of ERP, MES, and SCADA-class systems.

In his presentation titled “AI and ERP – Data Automation for ERP. How to Achieve the Right Level of Digital Maturity?”, he highlighted the problem of underutilized information resources within companies.
As he pointed out, only about 30% of collected data is actually used in decision-making and operational processes. Stelmach presented concrete implementation examples, showing how the integration of IT and OT systems enables full digital maturity and measurable return on investment in automation.

The ERP RE:FRAME Congress stood out for its innovative format – nine ERP system providers took to the stage “in the ring”, presenting their solutions and approaches to data management in a friendly yet competitive atmosphere.
The event attracted great interest from IT specialists as well as representatives of manufacturing companies seeking practical inspiration to improve their business processes. Participants agreed that RE:FRAME 2025 became a genuine platform for exchanging experiences and fostering dialogue between technology and business.

The congress was organized, among others, by Karol Maluchnik, and featured leading experts and practitioners from the ERP market.
As the organizers announced – this is just the beginning of a new series of meetings aimed at redefining how Polish enterprises approach digital transformation.
