Conferences where Explitia simply had to be present
2nd Lean TWI Summit
On June 10–11, 2025, at the Congress Center of Wrocław University of Science and Technology, explitia had the opportunity to take part in highly engaging discussions on digital transformation and lean management in industry. During the second edition of the Lean TWI Summit, experts and innovation leaders gathered to share practical insights on implementing modern solutions in manufacturing plants.
One of the speakers was Adrian Stelmach, CEO of EXPLITIA S.A., who shared his perspective on the challenges companies face when implementing IT and AI systems in industrial environments. After all, new technologies are tempting with promises of efficiency and automation. But too often we forget what lies beneath – underestimated costs, flawed assumptions, and mismatched organizational culture.
That’s why in his session titled „When implementation hurts. On the hidden costs of IT and AI”, Adrian Stelmach addressed the traps awaiting transformation leaders.

We’re pleased to announce that explitia has taken patronage of the LeanPolakPotrafi.pl event – an initiative that brings together lean experts, industrial practitioners, and process improvement enthusiasts.
This project showcases how Polish companies apply lean philosophy in practice – no myths, no academic jargon, just real inspiration, practical solutions, and authentic stories straight from the factory floor.
Cooperation with AGH University
We are proud of our ongoing collaboration with AGH University of Krakow, which includes consulting on new technologies, IT system implementation, and support in promoting practical knowledge of lean methodology.
That’s why we became a sponsor of the 7th edition of oLEANpiada, organized by the Student Scientific Circle “Management” at the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Resource Management at AGH University.
In addition, during the event held on May 22, 2025, our CEO Adrian Stelmach delivered a keynote presentation.
Talking AI at the Częstochowa University of Technology
On May 27, explitia visited the Faculty of Infrastructure and Environment at the Częstochowa University of Technology. As part of the Green Meeting with Entrepreneurs series, our CEO Adrian Stelmach spoke about the use of artificial intelligence in industrial environments.
He covered, among other things:
- the most common reasons AI implementations fail in the industrial sector,
- five essential elements of a successful AI deployment,
- case studies of production process optimization.
