A festive atmosphere, the glow of candles, a room filled with warmth and the aroma of gingerbread… It was in these surroundings that, on December 12, the explitia team met at the Nazaret restaurant in Piekary Śląskie.

The meeting was an opportunity to pause after intensive months of working on projects related to the digitalization and automation of production. In an informal atmosphere, we were able to talk about topics for which there is usually no time during quick conversations by the coffee machine, exchange experiences from completed implementations, and discuss plans for the coming months.

The evening was spent on conversations, a shared meal, and team integration. On a daily basis, the team works on complex technological projects for industry. Such meetings are an important element of explitia’s organizational culture – they help build relationships, strengthen cooperation, and look at everyday work from a broader perspective.

We would like to thank all participants for their presence and the time spent together. With renewed energy, we are entering another year of challenges and projects.
