Infoshare Katowice 2025 is not just another conference; it is a meeting place for technology and business leaders. The explitia team could not miss such an opportunity to share real insights.
AI in organizational culture – Adrian Stelmach’s presentation on the Growth Stage
On 24 November 2025, during the Infoshare Katowice2025 conference at the International Congress Center (MCK), Adrian Stelmach, CEO of explitia, took the stage. On the Growth Stage, he delivered the talk “The change we fear the most – AI in organizational culture.”
This presentation showed that implementing artificial intelligence does not begin with technology. People, communication, and the organization’s readiness for change matter most. Adrian explained how to assess AI Readiness, how to prepare teams to work with AI tools, and when to perform implementations internally and when to seek support from an external advisor.
Why does AI trigger resistance? The expert perspective of explitia
Digital transformation is not just about deploying new technologies; it also brings a wide range of emotions, employee concerns, and diverse managerial attitudes. Adrian – an engineer, strategist, and long-time practitioner of digitalization – emphasized that the real challenge lies in change management.
As the CEO of explitia, he has supported manufacturing companies for years in process automation, MES/ERP integration, the use of AVEVA solutions, and the implementation of AI tools in operations and administration. He is a member of the Forbes Technology Council, author of the book “15 Steps to Buying an IT System”, and creator of the Digitalizuj.pl podcast.
Infoshare Katowice 2025 as a space for discussions about the future of technology
This year’s edition of Infoshare Katowice combined topics such as business scaling, building technological advantages, cybersecurity, and industrial applications of AI. The Growth Stage is dedicated to founders, technology leaders, managers, and everyone building the companies of tomorrow. It is a place for practical case studies, expert conversations, and guidance in the areas of BizDev, leadership, organizational transformation, and cybersecurity.
Among the speakers were experts exploring the future from various angles:
– Prof. Andrzej Dragan – on whether machines can think,
– Monika Borycka – on trends and technological convergence,
– Edyta Sadowska – on building cooperation ecosystems,
– Zofia Dzik – on leadership in uncertain times.
The event was also an opportunity to discuss cyber threats. Although 80% of SMEs believe they are “too small for a cyberattack”, it must be clearly stated that this is a myth generating enormous costs. The security sessions – including workshops for GZM local governments – demonstrated how often wrong assumptions lead to real incidents.
Digital transformation suits us well
The topic of digital transformation is very close to us, which is why we appreciated all conversations with representatives of various organizations. Also, Infoshare Katowice 2025 participants could book meetings with Adrian Stelmach directly in the event app. This conference was a great opportunity to talk about digital transformation, automation, AI in production, and explitia’s approach to IT projects.
