MSPO 2025 – International Defence Industry Exhibition in Kielce

The 33rd edition of MSPO – International Defence Industry Exhibition is one of the most important events for the defence sector in Europe. Every year, Targi Kielce gathers manufacturers, technology providers, state institutions, and military representatives to showcase the latest solutions in security and defence. For this jubilee edition, more than 750 exhibitors from over 30 countries have confirmed their participation, making MSPO the largest event of its kind on our continent.
Representatives of explitia will also be present at the fair – although without our own stand this time, we will be actively engaged in meetings, conversations, and discussions about the future of technology in the defence sector. Our team is open to dialogue on opportunities for cooperation, process digitalization, and leveraging manufacturing industry experience in projects related to security and modern technologies.

2nd Lean TWI Summit
On June 10–11, 2025, at the Congress Center of Wrocław University of Science and Technology, explitia had the opportunity to take part in highly engaging discussions on digital transformation and lean management in industry. During the second edition of the Lean TWI Summit, experts and innovation leaders gathered to share practical insights on implementing modern solutions in manufacturing plants.
One of the speakers was Adrian Stelmach, CEO of EXPLITIA S.A., who shared his perspective on the challenges companies face when implementing IT and AI systems in industrial environments. After all, new technologies are tempting with promises of efficiency and automation. But too often we forget what lies beneath – underestimated costs, flawed assumptions, and mismatched organizational culture.
That’s why in his session titled „When implementation hurts. On the hidden costs of IT and AI”, Adrian Stelmach addressed the traps awaiting transformation leaders.

Cooperation with AGH University
We are proud of our ongoing collaboration with AGH University of Krakow, which includes consulting on new technologies, IT system implementation, and support in promoting practical knowledge of lean methodology.
That’s why we became a sponsor of the 7th edition of oLEANpiada, organized by the Student Scientific Circle “Management” at the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Resource Management at AGH University.

Talking AI at the Częstochowa University of Technology
On May 27, explitia visited the Faculty of Infrastructure and Environment at the Częstochowa University of Technology. As part of the Green Meeting with Entrepreneurs series, our CEO Adrian Stelmach spoke about the use of artificial intelligence in industrial environments.
He covered, among other things:

- five essential elements of a successful AI deployment,
