At explitia, we support young people who want to grow and take their first steps in the IT industry. We collaborate with schools and universities to offer internship programs, allowing students to gain valuable practical experience. Of course, it’s not a one-sided benefit – we also gain fresh perspectives and ideas.

This year, we conducted internships in May, followed by a summer edition in July and August. The past summer was a time of intensive learning and growth for our interns. By participating in our internship programs, they expanded their professional horizons and acquired practical skills. Many expressed interest in continuing their collaboration with us and further developing in the IT field.

We currently host another group of nearly 30 individuals, who are gaining hands-on experience and unique IT knowledge. The autumn internships run from September 9 to October 4, with participants working under the guidance of experienced Technical Leaders, receiving feedback and mentorship.
