Once again, We’re sharing knowledge on BPM

Adrian Stelmach, CEO of explitia, has once again been invited to speak at the BPM Symposium. This time, the 6th edition of the scientific event will take place in Sopot, and is organized by Gdańsk University of Technology and the University of Gdańsk. It’s another opportunity to share our expertise in Business Process Management, with a strong focus on the digitalization and automation of manufacturing processes.

In April last year, the 4th BPM Symposium was held in Katowice, where Adrian discussed business process management in the context of implementing IT systems in industrial settings.
Then in September, he also spoke in Kraków at the 5th BPM Symposium and the 22nd Business Management Conference, which gathered thousands of participants from around the world. You can read more about these BPM-related events on our blog.

These conferences consistently provide not only a platform for exchanging knowledge and experience but also an inspiring environment for building relationships with both practitioners and academics specializing in process management.

BPM and the Challenges of Technological Transformation

Adopting the right approach to Business Process Management during the digitalization and automation of production facilities is now more crucial than ever. With a wide array of available solutions, it’s often challenging to determine which steps to take and which tools truly address a company’s specific needs. Adrian Stelmach emphasizes that it’s the process-oriented approach to transformation that helps not only accelerate but also structure and align digital initiatives.

Equally important is managing technological change. Successfully navigating this transition is often key to the overall success of a project. Regardless of the technology involved, the way it is implemented, how well the organization is prepared, and the quality of consulting support all play a vital role in achieving meaningful results.

The official book of abstracts for the upcoming event will be published soon and will include Adrian Stelmach’s paper titled Assessment of the impact of modern technologies and project management on the optimization of manufacturing processes in the era of industry 4.0″.
