From November 5–7, 2025, the 47th Exchange of Experience for Management Representatives, Coordinators, Specialists, and Auditors of Management Systems took place at the Arche Hotel in Częstochowa, organized by TÜV NORD Polska. The event brought together experts from across the country, including Adrian Stelmach, CEO of explitia, who was among the keynote speakers.
A true exchange of experience in quality management
Organized by TÜV NORD Polska, this event provided an exceptional opportunity to exchange experiences in the field of management systems. Adrian Stelmach, CEO of explitia, shared his insights and professional experience, presenting a case study on process digitalization and building a culture of change based on IT/OT integration.
The presentation demonstrated how modern technological solutions can support quality management systems, operational efficiency, and the development of organizations guided by the principles of lean and digital transformation.

Participants also had the opportunity to take part in workshops co-led by Adrian Stelmach, which focused on the practical aspects of implementing digital tools within organizational structures.
