TISAX – trusted information security for industry
TISAX is a widely recognized European standard for information security, developed by the German VDA (Verband der Automobilindustrie) and overseen by the ENX Association. It is based on ISO/IEC 27001 but enhanced with specific requirements of the automotive industry.
The TISAX AL2 certificate is awarded to companies that successfully pass an independent audit and demonstrate the ability to effectively protect highly sensitive information – such as design data, customer information, commercial and technological data.
