explitia at the 2nd Lean TWI Summit – A Recap

On June 10–11, we had the pleasure of attending the 2nd Lean TWI Summit in Wrocław – one of the most prominent Lean-focused events in Poland. With over 450 participants, the conference delivered top-notch content, a natural space for networking, and meaningful exchanges of experience. The result? Two intense days of deep discussions about transformation, technology, and leadership. What impressions and takeaways did the explitia team bring back from the summit? Here’s what they had to say:

Lean TWI Summit – The explitia Perspective

Adrian Stelmach, CEO of explitia

During the event, Adrian took part in two expert panels: “Standardization vs. Flexibility – Where Is the Line in Lean?”and AMA: The Hidden Costs of Implementing Technology and AI. As he noted:
I was glad to participate in such a high-value event and to share our perspective on technologies that support process optimization in industry. The discussion around the balance between standardization and flexibility was much-needed and, in my view, valuable for both the audience and the panelists. It was a great opportunity to talk openly about real-world challenges in industrial digital transformation.

Dawid Krawczyk, Project Manager

The conference featured truly inspiring talks. What stuck with me most were: ‘How to Develop Leadership Qualities’ by General Roman Polko and ‘Scaling Agile in a Multi-Product Environment’. It was also a great platform for exchanging experiences with professionals from various industries who embrace Lean in their daily work. The diversity of perspectives really broadened our horizons.

Dariusz Przytuła, Business Development Manager

LeanTrix created an event that genuinely inspires change – practical case studies, excellent speakers, and a hands-on approach to Lean left me brimming with new ideas. A perfect place for those who don’t just talk about transformation, but actually want to make it happen.

Katarzyna Kowalska, Chief Executive Assistant

A well-crafted agenda – from a motivating opening keynote by General Roman Polko to a powerful finale packed with real-world insights. As a partner of the event, we feel we met our goals: we shared our knowledge and perspectives on process optimization in manufacturing, had many inspiring conversations that offered fresh viewpoints, and we’re already planning follow-up initiatives with some of the speakers.
And the after-hours? A perfect mix of networking and good atmosphere – great venue, live pizza-making, a football match, and a jazz band. What more could you ask for?

Big thanks to LeanTrix for the excellent organization, business-oriented approach, and a wealth of valuable insights. We’re definitely planning to put our new takeaways into practice. Want to see more updates and event summaries? Visit our Press Center to stay informed.
