Another year has passed… It was a time full of hard work, growth, new projects, partnerships, and excellent teamwork. At explitia, we know that every year brings new challenges, and we are not afraid to take them on. Curious about what happened with us over the past year? Check out our latest article!
Continuous development of product lines at explitia
One of the key areas of our operations is the ongoing development of the products we offer. We must admit that the past year has been particularly intense in this regard.
We placed particular focus on enhancing our Production Portal, continuously refining it to meet the evolving needs of modern industry. Our primary efforts centered around expanding its capabilities for planning and scheduling tasks, as well as implementing Statistical Process Control (SPC), while tailoring the solution to suit the unique requirements of various industries.
Additionally, we worked on features for machine changeovers, enabling the optimization of production for the right model at the right time. This ensures compliance with shipping deadlines and efficient restocking of inventory. As a result, our solution has evolved into an even more versatile tool, supporting facilities in their journey toward process digitalization.
Expansion of service support: a key initiative in 2024
At explitia, providing technical support to our clients at every stage is our priority. Currently, almost every client can rely on comprehensive service care. The past year has clearly demonstrated how important efficient collaboration and communication are in tackling daily challenges and advancing system development. This is why we place great importance on developing our service team and enhancing its competencies. We are also actively recruiting to strengthen the department and ensure an even higher standard of service.
Our main goal in this area is not only to respond to incoming requests but also to provide proactive support to clients, helping them optimize the use of our solutions. A significant advantage for our clients is our use of the modern Jira system, which allows for smooth and more effective creation and management of service requests.
Investments in knowledge and workforce development
In our company, we know very well that developing skills is fundamental. That’s why we are eager to organize and participate in technical training sessions. Our employees regularly obtain certifications that are crucial for project development. The year 2024 was undoubtedly rich in opportunities to expand knowledge, both through external and internal training programs.
Specialized technical training sessions, such as WINCC Unified or MPDV Mikrolab, have allowed us to respond even better to the evolving needs of our clients related to advanced IT systems. We also explored the specifics of Docker and Cypress, tools essential for efficiently carrying out projects.
By focusing on continuous education, we ensure that our team is always prepared to provide innovative solutions tailored to the changing needs of the industry.
Of course, we also place great emphasis on developing soft skills. Last year, our team had the opportunity to participate in two communication training sessions, while our management staff attended dedicated workshops. These initiatives strengthened not only our leadership and team management abilities but also improved our understanding of each other’s needs in daily tasks, enhancing our crucial teamwork.
A comprehensive training strategy not only helps us consistently improve the quality of our services but also enables us to build a strong, engaged team. As a result, our employees are always prepared to tackle the challenges of modern industry head-on.
Continuous growth of our websites and blog
The past year was also intense for us in terms of expanding our websites. We are committed to providing manufacturing companies with educational materials that will support them in the area of digital transformation.
On the blogs explitia.com and AdrianStelmach.com, as many as 83 articles were published, covering topics such as the potential of AI in industry, managing technological change within companies, trends in SCADA system design, and automation and analysis of production data. We are also proud to say that the first edition of our annual report will soon be released.
On our websites, we have also made free resources readily available to everyone. These include our catalogs and a newly launched section featuring a comprehensive Industrial Encyclopedia. Here, you will find key terms related to production processes, making it a valuable resource for industry professionals.
Additionally, when it comes to offline content, this year saw the release of the first book written by our CEO, Adrian Stelmach – “15 Steps to Purchasing an IT System”. This practical guide delves into the process of selecting and implementing IT software solutions. You can find it in major bookstores such as Empik, Bonito, Storytel, Legimi, Barneja, and others.
Efforts toward TISAX certification
In 2024, we initiated actions related to implementing processes necessary to obtain TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) certification. This demanding standard in the field of information security is particularly important for companies operating in the industrial or automotive sectors.
The certification requires us to carry out actions and implement additional safeguards. Through this, we enhance the data protection standards for our partners and clients, strengthening our position as a trusted provider of technological solutions. TISAX is, for us, a confirmation of our commitment to building a secure and responsible work environment.

The continuous growth of our company and projects naturally leads to the steady expansion of our team. Currently, our company consists of approximately 60 dedicated professionals.

The past year was packed with numerous industry events, and we had the pleasure of actively participating in many of them. Our specialists attended conferences, trade fairs, and webinars, both domestic and international. Additionally, an abstract stemming from a keynote presentation and collaboration at the international BPM conference and the 5th BPM Symposium in Kraków was also published.
New office – a new chapter
Last year was significant for us not only in terms of work but also because we decided to… move! This wasn’t just a change of location but a leap toward creating a space designed for collaboration, creativity, and comfort.
Our new office boasts state-of-the-art workstations, comfortable conference rooms, and communal spaces that encourage team integration and the exchange of ideas. Naturally, we haven’t overlooked technology – our office leverages advanced IT solutions, and we continuously upgrade our workstations to ensure they meet the highest standards.
Employer branding at explitia
As you might already know, we place great emphasis on fostering strong employee relationships. Building an integrated and supportive team is a top priority for us, which is why last year we organized numerous initiatives to strengthen our commitment to creating a welcoming and collaborative work environment.
Team-building trips, such as those to Istebna and Ustroń, provided wonderful opportunities to connect in a relaxed setting. Our team is equally enthusiastic about taking the lead on their own initiatives – casual outings for pizza or go-karting have almost become a tradition.
We are proud to say that 2024 was a year of intense effort, marked by both technological and team growth for our company. As we step into 2025, we are energized and ready to tackle new challenges. There’s plenty of work ahead, but we’re more than prepared to take it on!
