Adrian Stelmach
CEO explitia
Responsible for sales, business development, and product development. Specializes in increasing operational efficiency in enterprises through advanced IT systems, data integration, and information flow automation.
A member of the Forbes Technology Council, he runs the Digitalizuj.pl channel, where he promotes knowledge about digitization, automation, and Industry 4.0. He is also a mentor at the YBP Foundation, the author of the book „15 Steps to Purchasing an IT System”, and a speaker at industry events.
Artur Zieliński
CFO and Vice President of the Management Board of explitia
Oversees the company’s finances and contract execution. He has many years of experience in managing technology companies as well as brands providing solutions for the industrial sector.
A graduate of the Silesian University of Technology. Privately, a science enthusiast, particularly interested in physics and cosmology. He is also a fan of science fiction literature and a great admirer of Stanisław Lem’s work.
He actively participates in industry events, where he shares knowledge on business process management and digital transformation in industry.
Mariusz Napierała
CTO explitia
With over twenty years of experience in industrial process automation and digitization, he applies his expertise at explitia to efficiently coordinate the work of technical teams and oversee key technologies and the security of IT tools.
He began his professional career as a programmer. Over time, he expanded his skills to project management, participating in numerous advanced initiatives related to the automation and digitization of manufacturing plants. Additionally, he actively supports recruitment processes, employer branding, and marketing efforts. He eagerly shares his knowledge by actively participating in industry events.
In his free time, he enjoys woodworking, loves traveling, and enjoys spending time with friends.
