RTT (Real Takt Time)

RTT, or Real Takt Time, is the actual time required to produce one unit of a product in accordance with customer requirements.

RTT is an indicator used to assess production line performance and to plan production in such a way as to meet demand while minimizing inventory and costs.

In digitally integrated production systems, RTT is monitored and optimized in real time, allowing the production rate to be dynamically adjusted to changing market conditions and customer needs.
