Orders from ERP to machines

This makes it easier to check what is being produced, on which machine, in what quantity and with what quality result.
Reports, dashboards and OEE
Hydra MES presents data in reports, dashboards and visualizations. They can be displayed on production screens, TVs or user workstations.
On dashboards, you can track:

The indicators can be calculated using formulas tailored to your plant.
Quality, traceability, SPC and maintenance

The system can also provide traceability, meaning the ability to trace production. You can track data on the product, order, reference, quality parameters and process flow.
In the SPC area, Hydra helps analyze production parameters and monitor process stability. In maintenance, it supports the analysis of downtime, machine problems and data needed by the maintenance team.

Does Hydra MES work without ERP?
Yes. The system can work without ERP. It can still:
- collect data from machines,
- analyze production,
- create reports,
- export data to PDF and Excel,
- display dashboards,
- support ongoing production control.
ERP integration provides more options, but it is not a prerequisite for getting started.
